Job Description

JEGI LEONIS is seeking an experienced Vice President of Talent to work directly with senior management. This pivotal role combines high-level strategy with hands-on recruitment and market intelligence to strengthen the firm’s talent pipeline during a period of growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for Investment Banking positions, focusing on Associate, Vice President, and Managing Director levels.
  • Conduct heavy market mapping to detect, monitor, and engage top-tier professionals across investment banking and related financial sectors.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to craft and execute hiring strategies aligned with the firm’s growth trajectory.
  • Develop and manage a robust candidate network both domestically and internationally, with particular emphasis on recruiting Managing Directors in global markets.
  • Balance strategic planning with tactical execution, managing long-term pipeline development alongside immediate hiring needs.
  • Deliver a high-touch, discreet, and professional candidate experience.

Ideal Background

  • 5+ years of executive search experience, particularly within investment banking or related financial services.
  • Proven expertise in market mapping and delivering competitive intelligence to support recruitment strategies.
  • Track record of successful recruitment across levels, including executive and Managing Director roles.
  • Prior experience in international recruiting, especially for Managing Director-level positions, is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional relationship management and stakeholder influencing skills.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
