This transaction combines IIC’s leading group of institutional and retail conferences and trade shows for the global mining industry with Pfingsten’s Financial Services Group of magazines, conferences, Web sites and educational products. As a single business entity, the company will benefit from exceptional operating synergies, while offering a comprehensive product mix to advertisers, readers, exhibitors and attendees.
