Rob currently leads our efforts in the government contracting sector. With over 20 years of M&A and capital raising experience and over 40 transactions closed, he brings his extensive experience working with founder-owned businesses seeking an exit or a partner for the next stage of growth, with a particular focus on companies that have matured within SBA programs and are taking the next step in their journey. He typically works with founders and growing middle market organizations providing public sector software, IT services, tech-enabled services, consulting, and traditional public sector / government contracting services. Rob has added experience across the HealthcareTech, EdTech, and IT services verticals, along with significant experience in private credit and growth capital raises. 

Prior to joining JEGI LEONIS, Rob provided M&A and capital markets advisory at JP Morgan, Barclays Investment Banking, Barclays Private Credit Partners (now Alliance Bernstein Private Credit), PNC Mezzanine Capital, and Hammond, Hanlon, Camp. 

Rob earned his BA degree from Colby College, and his MBA from The University of Virgina, Darden School of Business.  In 2020, Rob was selected as an Emerging Leader by The M&A Advisor, a 40 under 40 award for Middle Market Investment Banking advisors.
