Kyle joined JEGI LEONIS in 2023 and is a Director in our New York office where he advises a broad spectrum of clients on M&A and capital raise transactions across multiple sectors including cybersecurity, GRC, and vertical software with a focus on music & entertainment technology.

Prior to joining JEGI LEONIS, Kyle was a Vice President within the Raymond James Technology & Services M&A group advising middle-market software companies and a Vice President at Houlihan Lokey in the Media, Sports, & Entertainment practice. He began his career at the multi-strategy hedge fund Highbridge Capital in New York.

Kyle received a BS in Finance and Corporate Accounting from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College.
