Kyle joined JEGI LEONIS in 2023 and is a Managing Director in our New York office where he advises software and tech-enabled businesses on M&A, recapitalizations, growth capital, and debt financing transactions across multiple tech sectors. He currently helps co-lead Vertical Software coverage efforts for the firm and has recently led successful transactions for clients in GovTech, EdTech, IndustrialTech, and GRC/Cybersecurity in the past year.

Prior to joining JEGI LEONIS, Kyle was a Vice President within the Raymond James Technology & Services M&A group advising middle-market software companies and a Vice President at Houlihan Lokey in the Media, Sports, & Entertainment practice. He began his career at the multi-strategy hedge fund Highbridge Capital in New York.

Kyle received a BS in Finance and Corporate Accounting from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College.
