Jackson is a Managing Director in our London office, having joined JEGI LEONIS in 2021 in New York to expand the firm’s Media & Information Services coverage. He advises clients globally on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and capital raises and has completed 50+ transactions across the Media & Events, Data & Information Services, and Technology industries.

Prior to joining JEGI LEONIS, Jackson worked in investment banking at Berkery, Noyes & Co. and JP Morgan in New York. Jackson received a BS in Finance from Fordham University.
