Alon joined JEGI LEONIS in 2024 and is a Director in our New York office. He advises clients on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and capital raises across the digital media, software, and technology & consulting services sectors.

Prior to joining JEGI LEONIS, Alon was as an investment banker with FE International where he advised companies across various sectors, including advertising, media, and software/SaaS, successfully completing over 50 transactions with financial sponsors and strategic acquirers.

Alon holds an MBA from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois and a BA/MA in Political Science from Tel-Aviv University. He is a registered FINRA representative.
