Zach Posner is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of The LegalTech Fund (TLTF), an early-stage venture fund with 82 portfolio companies transforming the world of law. TLTF has built a leading ecosystem to advance innovation in the legal industry, including the annual TLTF Summit, described as “the legal tech world’s answer to Davos,” and The LegalTech Lab, which brings together founders, capital, and resources to launch the next generation of companies defining Law Firm 2.0.
At TLTF, Zach oversees the fund’s team, investments, operations, and portfolio strategy. Prior to founding TLTF, he was a successful entrepreneur who founded an EdTech company (acquired by McGraw Hill) and served as an active angel investor. Earlier in his career, Zach held roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Insight Partners, and served as an adjunct lecturer in a master’s program at the University of Southern California.
Zach holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting & Finance from Indiana University and is a proud Hoosier.
