Frank Liddy

Frank Liddy is an operator, investor, and advisor with more than three decades of experience at the intersection of finance, technology, and national security. He has been integral to starting and scaling multiple high-growth FinTech ventures and shaped three top-quartile exits to strategic acquirers — including PayPal, Mastercard, and FIS — creating more than $1 billion in enterprise value in less than a decade.

A former U.S. Army officer, Frank brings a mission-driven approach to corporate strategy, go-to-market execution, and operational leadership. His expertise spans financial services innovation, AI, data analytics, and growth acceleration — disciplines that directly enhance enterprise performance and investor outcomes.

Beyond his operating work, Frank serves on several corporate boards and as a senior adjunct at the RAND Corporation, advising on defense innovation, AI, financial intelligence, and emerging dual-use technologies. He holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Strategy with distinction from the University of Oxford and an A.B. in International Political Economy from Fordham University.
