James joined JEGI LEONIS in 2024 and is a Director in our New York office where he advises clients on M&A and capital raise transactions across B2B Software and Tech-Enabled Services with a focus on vertical solutions and service providers.

Prior to joining JEGI LEONIS, James advised founder-led businesses through minority and majority transactions at Peak Technology Partners and Alkali Partners.

James received a BS in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California.
