As Co-CEO & Managing Director, Robert brings over two decades of M&A and Capital Markets experience having completed over 100+ M&A transactions for global corporations, private companies, entrepreneurs, and private equity and venture capital firms across the technology and technology services sector.

Robert is a consummate entrepreneur’s banker with a strong passion for delivering the maximum value for the clients he serves. Prior to the merger of JEGI CLARITY and Leonis Partners in 2025 that formed JEGI LEONIS, Robert was the Founder and Managing Partner of Leonis Partners, New York and London based technology and technology services focused middle-market investment bank.  Before that Robert was an investment banker in the M&A and Investment Banking teams in New York at Lazard Frères, Lehman Brothers and JPMorgan.

Robert earned his MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College and graduated from Dartmouth College Majoring in Economics and Mathematics.
