As a Managing Director in our New York office, Ted leads our Business Services investment banking practice, which includes coverage of subsectors within the Education Services, Human Capital Management and Marketing Services industries. Ted has advised on a wide range of transactions across M&A, debt and equity capital markets and strategic advisory assignments throughout his career.

Prior to joining JEGI LEONIS, Ted was a Director with RBC’s Communications, Media and Entertainment investment banking team. He previously worked in the TMT investment banking groups at JP Morgan and Cowen & Company.

Ted holds an MBA in Finance from the Johnson School of Business at Cornell University and a BA in International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania. He is a registered FINRA representative.
